Despite endless claims from the Left and their media whores, the Left, no matter the country or the year, rarely has majority popular or voter support. So how do they win elections and gain control? They lie, cheat, steal, and threaten and then engage in violence. The history of the political Left is the history of political violence. They teach our children that violence against anyone who disagrees with them, or anyone they don't like, is not simply permissible - it is mandatory. That is because they are always right and good and noble and moral, and everyone else is evil and so should be destroyed. Talk is worthless - the enemy must be destroyed. And with children especially, this attitude will carry over into all aspects of life. If you think I am wrong, you have not been paying attention to what has been going on for a long time now. The motto of the political Left may be summed up as follows: Power and control, at any price, at any cost, by any means necessary. During the 20th Century alone, more than 100 million innocent souls were murdered by their own Leftist governments in pursuit of their goal of total power and control. And so it continues...
Most people don't get it for two reasons. First, they know nothing about history since REAL history has long since not been taught in our schools. The only 'history' most of them know is Leftist revisionist history, a la Howard Zinn. Second, our Leftist-controlled education system has long taught our children WHAT to think, not HOW to think. So all they know (except for the few who seek knowledge on their own) is the lies and propaganda they learn in school and get from the Leftist-controlled media.
Replace Mercury Bay with every school name in NZ. No school deals with bullying or conflict of any sort. They stick their heads in the sand and hope it goes away.
