Re increasing bad behaviour in schools, one boys school has stopped their students drinking energy drinks during school hours and advised them to stop totally, explained their reasons to the boys. They have noticed an improvement in their students behaviour, and the boys are on board with it.

That's a great idea! Yes the issues with student behaviour a re multi-faceted and it's 'convenient' for liberal teachers unions and teachers to blame politics that they don't subscribe to. It's utterly ridiculous. It was the liberals who brought political activism into schools. Meanwhile smartphones, diet, school behaviour mechanisms, and many other factors all contribute to the overall decline in student behaviour. When I was on a school board we banned cellphone use at schools and overall the students responded positively and started engaging with each other again. 45% of all disciplinary issues we were dealing with were cellphone/online related. Teachers were spending far too much time dealing with such issues. Students need boundaries and guardrails.

That too, some are not getting parented properly at home, parents wanting to be their child’s friend instead of instilling consequences for bad behaviour

In the Press article I note the girls were removed from the class, why not the agitator. The teacher left him there and ,of course, in the fullness of time he physically assaulted a girl.

The training needed is for the teacher.

I love your work Penny, I think often about how best to voice these ideas myself. Indeed the hysterical alt-left are gaslighting ordinary Kiwi's as alt-right. It's encouraging to hear not all kids are deceived hook, line and sinker - but unacceptable that these ideologies are being pushed on Kiwi kids.

Thanks Josh… I’m kind of at the point where I think it will be our youth, not our adults, who lead our way out of this maelstrom…

“It’s in the bible” is a myopic argument used to oppose homosexuality. Prohibition of eating shellfish and approval of slavery are both in the bible. So is women needing to be segregated while menstruating.

Genderwoo is trying to force people to disregard the evidence of their own eyes and ears, to allow men to invade women-only spaces and sports and promotes the poisoning and mutilation of children. That is obviously evil.

But homosexuality is about consenting adults in private and having the same marriage rights as heterosexuals is just a matter of fairness. Legally recognising a gay or lesbian marriage doesn’t harm any heterosexual couple. It’s a vastly different situation to genderwoo and more and more gays and lesbians are recognizing that. More and more LGBs are divorcing the rest of the alphabet soup. And recognizing that what’s being done to kids in the name of trans is a newer and more destructive version of aversion therapy - the evidence is most of these kids would grow up to be gay if left alone to develop naturally. We should celebrate gender nonconformity, not try to enforce stereotypes the way genderwoo does.

My little girl sends me screenshots and descriptions of the cartoons they examine in Social Studies - Trump on Epstein island (where he has been many time, according to teacher), NZ First being racists, National being greedy capitalists. Then we dissect them when she gets home. She laughs and says to me “mama, they are so woke at school!”
